Frank Griffith, Chairman
Mr. Griffith is a serial entrepreneur who has built six
high technology multi-million dollar start-up companies taking
one public on NASDAQ with a $1.8 billion market cap. As a 23
year veteran of the Information Technology industry, Mr.
Griffith founded Griffith Holdings, www.griffithholdings.com,
in 1993 as a communications firm focused on helping companies
connect smarter to their markets through a customized
combination of Internet, telecom, and marketing services.
Since founding GHI, Frank has successfully built one of the
largest telecom expense management firms in the country saving
4,200 companies nationwide more than $16,000,000 dollars in
long distance expenses. |

provides creative, best of breed data, voice, and IP telephony
solutions building the necessary wide area networks that help
companies connect with their markets via the telephone and the
Internet. Frank accomplishes these smart telecom connections
by selectively accessing Tier One Facilities-Based Carriers
diverse product lines and willingly negotiating
customer-centric contracts at below market pricing. And he
manages this extensive client base through a national field
organization consisting of 210 independent network engineering
firms.
Frank extended GHI’s telecom connection offerings in 1999
by entering the Internet space through the founding of GHI
Internet Services, www.ghiis.com.
GHI Internet Services has successfully conceptualized,
designed, and implemented over 400 websites, e-commerce,
content management and supply chain extranet portal
applications, and a host of ASP products licensed to clients
worldwide. By 2003, Crain's Business Cleveland recognized GHI
Internet Services as one of the "Top 25 Interactive Media
Firms in Northeast Ohio." And in 2004, the Case Western
Reserve University and COSE honored Griffith Holdings as a
2004 Weatherhead 100 Growth Company placing 8th out of the top
100 fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio.
Mr. Griffith has extensive strategic consulting experience
in sales, marketing, and information technology. These
services won him an international Total Quality Management
Award from the Whirlpool Corporation for successfully
deploying six disparate logistic applications into 18
locations worldwide and bringing the project under its $20MM
budget. Frank sits on the board and provides senior council to
several software, professional services and manufacturing
firms providing strategic sales, marketing, and organizational
advice helping them cost effectively bring new products to
market. Most recently, Frank was the recipient of the
"Entrepreneur of the Year, Honorable Mention" Award
by the Medina County Economic Development Corporation.
Prior to 1993, Mr. Griffith held various Vice President of
Sales and Chief Operating Officer positions in the software
industry successfully selling two start ups in the private
market. In the 1980’s, Frank spent time with IBM as a
technical engineer, as a Graduate Fellow studying law,
business and economics, and participated full time on the 1984
Presidential Campaign. With his personal time, Frank sits on
the board of a Cleveland non-profit dedicated to restoring
traditional Judeo-Christian principles to public policy and in
Washington, DC Frank works with an international board whose
micro-credit agency restores dignity to the working poor
through revolving loans, small business training, and
mentoring.
Mr. Griffith graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Denison
University in three years. Today, Frank resides in Medina,
Ohio with his wife Jane and four children.
