Jane Griffith, Office Manager
Jane Griffith is the guardian of the firm’s culture and
day to day operations. She is responsible for the financial
and operational aspects of the firm, including accounting,
finance, human resources and marketing information systems.
A GHI associate since 1993, Jane has supported the
organization's constant flux, entry into new markets, and has
held the top administrative post since 2000.
Jane’s people skills and attention to detail enable her
to identify, respond, and manage opportunities early
mitigating future employee, systems, and process problems. She
has made the business, a family business, judiciously
incorporating several of the children into the daily
operations. With the firm’s administrative and marketing
support services running smoothly, associates are well
equipped to help GHI’s customers connect smarter to their
markets.
Jane has been married since 1988 to Frank Griffith, the
firm’s Founder, and in her spare time she also administers
their local home schooling effort for four wonderful children.
