GHI Internet Services Acquires JML Design Studio
Medina-based interactive media design and internet marketing firm GHI Internet Services has acquired JML Design Studio of Avon Lake, Ohio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but JML Design Studio's owner Janney Warren has joined GHI Internet Services as a web designer.
According to GHI Internet Services CEO Frank Griffith, the acquisition expanded its client base but more importantly added strategic resources needed to help the company serve its growth. "I have known Janney for more than 10 years and have respected her from a distance. Her maturity and sincere interest in the client's success and approach to client relations will complement our young team," Griffith said. "She will be playing a key role in both our Creative and Internet Marketing Departments, especially within the delivery of our Start Position and Finish Line Search Engine Marketing Product Lines."
